Nagagym ko part!

As I've mentioned in my Busy and Memorable post, "nagagym nko part" and it was in Matina Health Studio. It is just a walking distance gym from our office.

I have been planning all this time to really enroll myself in a gym because I've gained so much after our College Graduation. Eating is one of my outlets when I am broken hearted, frustrated, sad or anything that makes your heart aches. Hehehehhee... Aside from that, the whole summer up to August 14 I was just at home. My routines were just to eat, sleep, tutor (just 2 hrs) and be infront of the computer - busy blogging...(Sinong hindi tataba niyan?)





So when I've finally found someone in the office (si James iyon) who is also interested in going to the gym, nafulfill na rin xa. I bought new rubber shoes (Nike) and some gym outfit. (Heheheheh) We started last October 6, 2008. For my first month, I've paid 699. All is free with a health fitness instructor pa. You will be evaluated first and then will have to go through the program prepared by your instructor. But when I don't feel like doing some of them I go for Aerobics and Sauna. I've had so much fun with the Aerobics and for the Sauna - it was effortless because I easily perspire minutes after I entered the room. Hehehehee...

I intend to continue it and will enroll myself hopefully next week because I really want to be sexy. Hehehehee...I am still adjusting my schedule because I am back on night shift.

Btw, what do you think is the better time for me to go to the gym? After work or before work? Don't forget, night shift ako ha... Please share your opinions.. ehehehhehe

  2. Oh, I see! good for you. Regarding on gym sched, I would suggest after lunch 1pm- 4pm (depending on the number of hours), and I think that's the perfect time since you are on the night shift, coz if you go after your work 8Am, I'm sure you're tired already and it would be bad for your health, so 1pm up sched would be perfect, that would give you time to rest(at least rest 4 hours). And also give you time to rest before going to work after the gym session.

    Just a thought anyway.! hehe =)) Good luck, and see you soon *soon* Hehe.

  4. Oi! maayo pa ka ga gym na ka... ako ani action na ka tambok pero ulaw pa enroll sa gym. Anyway sa advice for a perfect times to go to the gym, maybe si Mitch ang expert ana... ehehehe

    Dili man gud ko ka relate sa gym... wehehehhe... Kay homebase na ang work homebase pa jud ang gym nako...
