My Pag-ibig Housing Loan was approved last 2010 and I used to receive hard copies of my billing statements where you can find the details of your oustanding balance. But I don't know what happened that they stopped sending those letters.
But it's fine because there's actually another way where you can monitor or check this guys. Just follow the steps below:
1. Go to Pag-ibig Fund Services website. Then scroll down to the Housing section. Then click the Housing Loan Payment verification or simply visit this link: https://www.pagibigfundservices.com/OnlineHLVerification/
2. Enter your Housing Loan number, Last Name, First Name and the correct captcha number/code and click Proceed.

3. You will then redirected to the Welcome screen where you will see your Outstanding Balance, Montly Amortization and other details. :) That's it! Super easy right?
If you also want to receive your billing statement via email, just click the Billing Statement Email Facility and tick the check box.

And lastly, if you want to download or print your Billing Statement and Payment History - just click the Online Services.
